4. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and our preliminary review. The final price may change once we physically inspect your truck or trailer, uncover hidden damage, or quote actual parts costs. We will discuss any material change with you and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

5. Repairs & Service

All repair work is performed according to a written estimate or work order that you authorize. Repair timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, insurance coordination, or the discovery of additional damage. Vehicles and trailers left on our premises remain the customer's responsibility for insurance coverage; we will exercise reasonable care but are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle or for damage beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated on your invoice or work order. Unless other terms are agreed to in writing (for example, fleet account terms or insurance direct-pay), payment is due on completion. Unpaid balances may be subject to a storage fee and, where permitted, a mechanic's lien under Florida law.

7. Warranties

Our repair work is backed by our shop warranty as described on your invoice or work order. Morgan Corporation warranty repairs are performed in accordance with Morgan's warranty terms. Parts carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Except as expressly stated, all other warranties — written or implied — are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
